ZOOM GETS OUR BUSINESS, we were traveling through Denverfrom out of state , and developed an issue with our truck, I called Manny at Zoom automotive and diesel explained to him my issues he made room for me to get come in and diagnose the vehicle immediately he was able to order the parts after a few days. Vehicle was back on the road again and I was headed home to Oklahoma. The interesting thing was this. Repair had already been done in Oklahoma by a certified ram dealership not to say that people can’t make mistakes !! Manny Devon and Will at Zoom all have my back as I’m trying to recoup some of the repairs that the dealership did in Oklahoma as it was a warranty job!!! any time I’m in Denver visiting my family, I will have my vehicle serviced at Zoom. *****

Manny and Rachel are awesome! I felt welcomed as soon as i walked through the door. I was referred to Zoom through a friend, and Zoom delivered! I had some issues with my 2016 silverado. Lifter issues… they diagnosed it and got back to me the next day. Manny was very transparent with me, Through the whole process. I never had to call them to see what was going on with my truck. He was on point with me and transparent. He even helped me out with expediting some parts to get my truck done quicker. Like he said, im family now. Il be bringing my truck to zoom from here on out.

I was very pleased with the Service Manny and his Men provided. Their attention to detail was exceptional and they even let me bring my car in w/o a scheduled appointment. Not only that, Zoom Automotive & Diesel Repair was not the place I thought I was bringing it to. I merely made a mistake when Asking for the address of a repair shop I had taken it into for Evaluation for Purchase. When I arrived, my 1st Statement after meeting Manny was; “this doesn’t look like the place I was taking it to.” His response: ” okay, we’ll take care of your car now!” Made with confidence, I easily accepted his response and gave the go ahead to Service it. I could go on and on with my comments, but I suffice to say, my experience had an important lesson in it. When faith meets faith in a common belief and 2 people connect…it is a faith builder also. I’m still scratching my head! Thank you Manny! See ya in about 4002 miles when my Oil change is due!!! By the way…the previous Shop I took it to tried to sell me a new suspension system falsely claiming it needed replacement. I’m sure grateful I didn’t fall for it! I found suspesious the “previous” shops refusal to let me see the struts and shocks. Manny took me into his shop and pointed out secure struts, No leaks, good shocks, and even discovere a couple things the previous mechanic missed. The costs was reasonable, the repairs were thorough and his recommendation’ s for future consideration’s were quite specific. He commented “Jim, this is still a New car, even with 67000 on the odometer.” In leaving, he even left me a couple of souvenir’s. Won’t reveal them though. They are very cool from a very cool believer! Got referred to this shop for an alignment and came to them, Worked with Manny and he did great job, such a good job that I have now come back two more times for a good alignment a fare price. There customer service skills are very good and I appreciate there service, will definitely return in the future for any repairs needed that I can’t do myself.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop! Communicated often as to issues and fixes needed. Unfortunately, we don’t live here anymore to use Zoom Automotive; traveled from Idaho do to family memorials. Manny did tell us to call him if we have issues returning home as he is part of a network of mechanics. He also wants to call once we get home to let him know we made it back to Idaho. Please use Zoom so they can grow and show the industry how it should be done!

This review is long overdue but if I could rate more stars then I would. Brought my car in here after multiple places told me they don’t know how to work on Turbo Diesel sedans and I do not regret it. Westin, the guy I spoke to reassured me everything would be okay and lo and behold my car was ready the next day. It was a very minor issue but I was given a list on things my car needed work on. Will definitely be back!

Verified another shop’s diagnosis of a pretty substantial oil leak. Manny did a great job explaining the whole procedure that would be needed to complete the repair while avoiding the overreach/money grab in extra parts and labor that another shop had recommended. He had me in and out in just a few business days while maintaining communication (with pictures) every step of the way. Parts and labor were also very reasonable and I feel confident in the repair. I had a great experience at this shop! I came in for an oil change and wheel alignment, and the team was professional, efficient, and very helpful. They explained what they were doing, got everything done quickly, and my car drives noticeably smoother now. It’s always nice finding a mechanic you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend them!

Manny was great at finding the issue with our car not passing emissions. He was quick and great with communication. We live in Westminster and it was well worth the drive to Inglewood. Definitely a mechanic you can trust.

The service and attentiveness of the staff was excellent! Weston was amazing at the front desk, very helpful and easygoing. Manny and Christopher were excellent mechanics and serviced my vehicle fast. They had reasonable prices and excellent service, would go again!

Had Zoom perform a PM on our company box truck. OUTSTANDING work. I used to be in the repair business and pick shops to do my work carefully. They dug into a complex problem that came up unexpectedly in the repair of the truck and stuck with it until it was right. I highly recommend.

There were a number of issues with my old diesel (short) school bus I brought into Zoom including some new parts that did not work. I couldn’t get some other repair shops to even look at it. They kept me up to speed with everything they were doing throughout the repair and it’s running better than it ever has. Great service and communication!

Amazing customer service went to get my ac serviced and pretty much was in out. Gave me an estimated time to complete the service and exceeded the estimate time to complete the services. During the service they gave my car a full service inspection at no additional cost along with full breakdown of services I might need along with estimated costs I highly recommend this company for any automotive services or repairs u might need in the future very honest and a fair price definitely found my mechanic going forward great job guys ur companies name ZOOM definitely fits the service you guys provide

Exceptional customer service, they were able to call me and explain the importance of the working being done on the vehicle. They not only got the car fixed in one business day, but the price was better than other repair shops I had spoken with in the area. I will be returning for any future needs!
